Reservation Policy
- A written confirmation must be received from Parrot Cove Lodge to make a reservation active.
- A deposit of 25% of the total bill is due at the time of the confirmation. The balance is due no   less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- A 5 night minimum is required during the Christmas/ New Year season and a three night minimum for all other seasons.

Cancellation Policy
Changing a reservation: first change is free all subsequent changes 50 per change

  • 90 days or more prior to arrival-100% refund of deposit
  • 61-89 days prior to arrival- forfeit 25% of deposit
  • 31-60 days prior to arrival-forfeit 50% of deposit
  • 30 or less days prior to arrival-forfeit 100% of deposit
  • Please note Forfeited funds will be credited towards a future stay at Parrot Cove Lodge.

There can be no refunds due to airline delays, weather or acts of God.
We recommend flight and Trip cancellation insurance.
