Cancellation Policy

Changing a reservation: first change is free all subsequent changes $50.00 per change

  • 90 days or more prior to arrival-100% refund of deposit
  • 61-89 days prior to arrival- forfeit 25% of deposit
  • 31-60 days prior to arrival-forfeit 50% of deposit
  • 30 or less days prior to arrival-forfeit 100% of deposit
  • Please note Forfeited funds will be credited towards a future stay at Parrot Cove Lodge.

There can be no refunds due to airline delays, weather or acts of God. We recommend flight and Trip cancellation insurance.

Reservation Policy

  • A written confirmation must be received from Parrot Cove Lodge to make a reservation active.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total bill is due at the time of the confirmation. The balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • A minimum of 4 nights is required during the Christmas/New Year and Easter Season.

Package Policy

Cancellations of tours with less than 48 hour notice will not be refunded in any way or form. On some occasions the cancellation policy of the contracted tour operator will apply.

You are not automatically indemnified when you book a tour or excursion through Parrot Cove Lodge. Customers should always check with their own insurers that they are covered for any pursuits or activities they wish to engage in when booking tours and excursions.

Parrot Cove Lodge is not liable for excursions and tours that cannot be carried out on the day due to bad weather, illness of the customer(s), national emergencies, during hazardous conditions warnings, or natural disasters. Customers must listen and comply with any safety briefings by tour operators and guides. Where safety equipment is supplied it should be utilized. Parrot Cove Lodge is not responsible or liable for any safety equipment or gear unless it is for a tour or excursion completely run and solely operated by Parrot Cove Lodge, and not by any third party. Refusal to comply with safety instructions can result in immediate termination of your tour or excursion.

It is your responsibility to be medically fit and healthy enough to take part in the tours or excursions that you choose. Parrot Cove Lodge and any third party tour company or guide, may advise you not to take part in, or curtail certain activities, at their discretion, in the pursuit of your safety.

It is your responsibility to join tours and excursions on time and at the agreed locations for such. Parrot Cove Lodge is not responsible if you do not show on time and in such event you will forfeit your tour or excursion.
